I checked in, it was mostly decent but had a hilarious amount of damage that I'm surprised they didn't fix to the cabinets, shades, windows, etc. Zero complaints other than the upstairs neighbor who said she worked with the World Bank and kept trying to open my door instead of the laundry room door which was a floor under me. Wondering if that rating is accurate at all, if there have been any improvements with them as a company, or if I should just run. I've only ever heard absolute horror stories about them but was surprised to see their Google rating is a 3.4 which is honestly not bad for a management company. For more than 35 years, Uptown Rental Properties has established a legacy of unsurpassed customer service and operational excellence in the management of apartment and student housing communities throughout Cincinnati, OH and Northern Kentucky. & I know it's only going to get more expensive. I've been looking around to get an idea of what pricing may be like for a one bedroom with at least some of the amenities I'd like bur oof. I've been so spoiled living there but my roommate is planning on leaving in 6 months and I'm in no position to pay for the two bedroom by myself, nor am I interested in finding a new roommate at this point in my life. I currently live in an incredible two bedroom in Hyde Park that's walking distance from everything, updated bur charming and has a large screened-in porch (my favorite amenity of all time). I've recently realized I'll have to be moving sooner than I thought.
